Elizabeth Feinler has made many advacement to the computer science field. She was born in 1931 and is now 93 years old. She went West Liberty University (WLU) and received a B.S. in chemistry. She is wildely known for making the ARPANET. The ARPANET which formed the basis for what we know the internet as today. On top of this she worked with Dr. Roy Whistler at Purdue University in Biochemistry. She is also known for being a contractor for the NASA Ames Research Center. She also founded the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). She won an award for being in SRI hall of fame. On top of this she also coined .com, .edu, .gov, .mil, .org, with her team.
